Description: This rare Missionario, originally a wheat beer brewed with Muscat grapes and Aldrich almonds, was aged for twelve months in 6 year-old Paul Mason VSOP Brandy Barrels. Ghostly pale, with a fine haze. Aroma of white raisins and peaches with creamy hints of vanilla. On the palate, dry, vinous and apple-like, as a fine cider. Mellow barrel character with a soft, elegant tannic finish, with lingering almondy notes. It clocks in at about 7.2% ABV and is very elegant.
