Description: This beer was inspired by and serenaded by the music of Atlanta's own Jimmy Galloway, the best guitarist in Atlanta. jimmy actually came to the brewery and played a little guitar to the beer on brew day! The beer is simple, elegant, yet packs a mean punch as it is quite strong. Just like the tone of Jimmy's guitar. He plays both Americana acoustic and a mean, crazy electric. Both beer and guitar are simple, yet strong. With the beer, all of the color comes from the Belgian Candi Syrup, and together with the yeast, creates an absolutely amazing amount of ripe fruit flavors, layered with a beguiling spice profile.
