Description: This barrel-aged English barleywine was blended from mostly thirty gallon Rockfilter barrels. We added a tiny amount of organic Turkish figs and vanilla beans from India to accent characteristics in this beautiful liquid. A deep rich body showcases layers of vanillin, dried dark fruit, charred oak, browned sugar, fall leaves, chicory root, caramels and brandy. This barleywine was created to enjoy with a holiday meal amongst friends and family.
