Description: Single wort 5-grain saison Transversal was brewed with several types of malted barley, triticale (a wheat/rye hybrid), spelt, wheat, and oats. It is hopped with czech saaz, as well as some aged styrian flowers and some other old world german varietals. We also blended our “grails” culture with a separate wild saccharomyces strain cultivated by a friend. Bottling date: 03/17/2022
