Description: This blend has threads of Oude Fermier and Oude du Blé which were aged for 18 and 19 months in French Oak 500L Puncheons that were entwined with Sunsets (our Collaboration with Sante Adairius) which had rested for 9 months in French Oak. The blend was finished with a touch of Missouri Wild Ale which had rested for 33 months in neutral oak before the final blend was dry-hopped with Nelson hops.
