Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Dwellers by the Waysides is a spelt saison with yarrow flowers. The 2022 iteration is a blend of saison brewed with raw and malted spelt and malted barley. The beers were open and barrel fermented and aged until ready. The blend was macerated with yarrow flower harvested in the mountains surrounding the Methow River. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with raw honey from Cougar Canyon Apiary harvested in Chiliwist 09/25/2021. Bottled 07/14/2022
