Description: An imperial porter is an extra strong porter in the style of a top-fermented Baltic porter. Roasted barley and chocolate malt gives a deep, bold character and a lovely aftertaste of coffee. An imperial porter has lots of dark malts, notes of chocolate, plum, raisin and rounded off with a deliciously aromatic coffee bean flavor from Vilcabamba. Fermented at a temperature that allows the yeast to form fruity esters which gives a smooth balance between the dark malts and hops. Should be enjoyed at 10-12°C, (50-54°F) in a Munkebo glass. Smell how the dark malts and the high alcohol gives a amazing complex aroma that spreads from the glass, as the beer warms up . Udgård is a world where the gods’ enemies, the jötnars live. The country consists mostly of rocks, deserts and endless dense forests. The jötnar lives on the fish in the water and the animals in the woods, since there is no fertile land.
