Description: This Czech-style pilsner is brewed with 100% pilsner malt and a blend of old and new world hops. Dry-hopping adds a hop accent to the nose, while cold fermentation with a a classic Czech lager yeast emphasizes the fresh grainy flavor of the malt and spiciness of the kettle hops. This beer provides plenty of flavor and nuance to be enjoyed on its own, but is also simple enough to get out of the way when food and/or conversation is the focus. We could drink it everyday!
