Description: The Prodigal Haze Part III combines Citra, Nelson, Rakau, and Waimea to create a symphony of tropical fruit flavor. Brewed with pale malt and a hint of extra light caramel malt, it has a hefty malt body that balances and propels the nearly eight-pound-per-barrel dry hop. In addition, a new cool steeping procedure was utilized following the hot side brewing process. Pouring a hazy, deep yellow color into your glass, it explodes on the palate with fresh citrus, mango nectar, and a hint of resinous pine. It finishes softly with minimal alcohol presence, enticing your next sip. We find the best beers to be just as enjoyable at the end of your glass as at the beginning, and The Prodigal Haze Part III embodies this ideal beautifully.
