The Northern Discovery Hop was found growing wild in Wisconsin and contains about two and a half times more linalool than any commercial variety of hop. Pearl Street Brewery brewed this wild hop, and the end result has a unique aroma, with the notes of lilac, pear, and bruised apple. Unlike other hoppy beers, the aromatics will develop over time.
