Description: Black Star is a Black Hoppy 3.5% Ale. This new ale is available to pre order and will go into cask next week for delivery from 2nd February. Using Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt, Black Malt, Roast Barley and Wheat Malt this ale has a colour to match it's name. The name comes from the summit of Honister Crag. The Black and White photo used on the pump clip shows it's craggy face.
