In our humble opinion, what is one of the best yeast strains in the world creates a very sessionable yet complex Farmhouse Ale, littering the aroma with notes of fresh-cut hay, dried lemon peel, white pepper, and faint magnolia blossoms. Light hopping helps provide a lovely grassy character with a refreshing lemonade punch. Inspired by the Farmhouse ales of France and Belgium, Farmhouse Wheat is a beer that can be enjoyed all day working in the yard or hunkered down in your favorite pub.
