Description: Falling Heads, Cabernet Sauvignon wild ale,is part of our Bihor Terroir series. It is fermented only with wild yeasts from our area, Bihor county in the north west of Romania. The beer fermented on the Cabernet Sauvignon provided by Podgoria 210, a local winery. So you might consider it a collaboration between Addictive Brewing and a local winery. It has a PH of 3,3. Colour is only from the grapes. Suited for ageing. We've brewed this to celebrate a new local band, Falling Heads - go check'em!
