In anticipation of a forthcoming production batch of EBK - Triple IPA, we have brewed several proto-types to test out some subtle changes to the grain bill and water chemistry. All variations utilize the same quantity of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops. Try all three and give us feedback about which versions you liked best, and of course, why? We'll be finalizing the recipe soon.
