Description: A bigger, meaner, more dangerous version of our Yellow Wolf IIPA, the Dire Wolf is nothing to trifle with. We nearly maxed out our brewing system with massive amounts of premium Two Row and Golden Promise malt and then poured irresponsible amounts of hops into the brew. After initial fermentation we dry hopped twice with what some might call too much Mosaic, El Dorado, Galaxy and Citra hops. But for the Dire Wolf, too much is never enough.
