Description: Oktoberfest lagers were originally brewed to celebrate the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese of Saxony- Hildburghausen in Munich on October 12, 1810. To mark the occasion, beers of a higher strength were brewed. We have brewed Ein Prosit! in that tradition using select Alberta two row pilsner malt and Munich malts along with German specialty malts.
