Description: eers, using more unusual hop varieties. Citra hop. We first heard about it late in 2009, had our first whiff of its wonderful aromas in early 2010 and resolved immediately we just had to have some. And after much pleading, begging and offering to sleep with whomever we needed to we managed to get 20kg of the hop and brewed just five gyles starting in June. And it is just wonderful stuff. Our first few pints in fact nearly made us cry.
