When asked if he minded us using the name, Mike quickly responded; 'no feel free, I need all the publicity I can get'. So we did! The poem is shown in full at Mike's website. Brewed in the traditional North West style it is a chestnut, easy drinking full flavoured bitter which is well rounded with some residual sweetness with tastes of fruit and vanilla balanced with a resinous hop character. A very popular beer that deserves to to be savoured!
