Description: We wanted to kick off stout season with another batch of Tres Leches, our collaboration with Bottle Logic Brewing. We had two more bourbon barrels aging since the last release in February, and boy does 24 months in Heaven Heaven barrels do wonders to the liquid that rests in them. As a quick refresher, this beer was brewed in June of 2018 as an Imperial Stout with condensed milk and milk sugar before it took a two year snooze in Heaven Hill barrels. We subsequently conditioned it the same as the first batch, on Mexican vanilla beans and Ceylon cinnamon.
