Description: We have striven and struggled, we have cursed and sworn and we have snarled and yelled. But dammit did we also have a good time since we boiled up the first brew at Amager Bryghus one early morning back in April 2007. A lot of beer has been through our tanks since then to now reach Batch 500. With this East Coast IPA we simply believe to have cracked the code and found the cash cow that will make us millionaires when we sell out to the multinationals. Batch 500 is a beer so pleasantly balancing between the lightly sweet malt and fruitiness and a rather complex hop profile that we’re sure that even the brewer’s non beerdrinking wife will have to surrender. THAT will be the ultimate test… Enjoy! Ingredienser: Pale Ale malt, Hvede malt, Melanoidin malt, humlet med Chinook, Simcoe, Cascade, Centennial, Ahtanum og Tomahawk gæret med en engelsk ale-gær.
