Description: A synergistic union of blackberries and hops, this IPA gets its hop bitterness in the brewhouse. Most of the action, however, is in the cellar, where the fruit is added during secondary fermentation. The result is a sublimely intense synthesis of rich earth, ripe fruit, hop bitterness and blackberry tartness, with alluring color and aromas up front and a refreshingly dry finish.
