Description: Carton & Magnify For these Magnify Brewing games, we workshopped their marshmallow IPA concept. We joined-up to build a pillowy, overhopped pale, adding a combination of Citra, El Dorado, and Mosaic, selected to go in a citrus/cherry aromatic direction. Then we went in the kitchen and whipped-up some homemade sour-cherry fluff with pistachio and rose water. Then we let a voracious yeast have its way with it, devouring the sugar, lacing hidden pops of Delight throughout a bomb hop palate.
