Description: Our latest west coast IPA is built on a foundation of pilsner-, rye- and dextrin malts. The bitterness was fine tuned with Columbus hops in the kettle and then we dry hopped Blank Generation IPA heavily with 2024 crop Nelson Sauvin hops from @freestylehops This bright dank sauce is bursting with tropical splendor; citrus, passion fruit and crushed gooseberries but with just enough bitter snap to tie the whole thing together.
