Description: This beer is the story of two Bryans, our Bryan Moorehead and Weird Beard Brew Co’s Bryan Spooner, who were pitched next to each other at the 2021 London Craft Beer Festival and shared an appreciation of “big, boring black beers”. So much so, that they arranged to get together and create one... For the brew they mashed high and added oats to get a massive body, then layered crystals, chocolate and roasted barley, before adding Demerara sugar and Bramling Cross hops in the boil. The result is I’m Bryan, a 10% Imperial Stout with a surprising smoothness and subtle notes of vanilla and coconut.
