Description: This ain't your Granddaddy's wheat ale! We embrace the crazy things that some other breweries will not speak of. All of the "bus and critters", as we say, go bonkers in the mash tin creating of sour mash. Similar to making yogurt and sauerkraut, a controlled temperature allows lactic acid creating bacteria to create a souring effect. We boil to politely "remove" the little guys. Refreshing, delightful, tangy and just plain wonderful! (It's ok not to like this one, at least you tried it!)
