Description: Nothing exceeds like excess, unless you’ve messed with Tess in excess. We assessed this aggressive IPA from the west and, though we were impressed with its success, we found room to press even more hops into our process. Obsessed with our quest to address this, we couldn’t suppress the urge to test this beer with double the hops. Lest you think this just jest, or the pounding of chests, we’ll attest there’s no less than 7.5 pounds per barrel in this double dry-hopped version of Tess. Nevertheless and never at rest, we further congested Tess by running it through a nest of 22 pounds of whole leaf El Dorado in our hopback.
