It’s a perfect harmony of smoky roasted flavours, complemented with espresso, caramel and chocolate notes. This incredibly smooth black ale also has a creamy mouth feel and has a low to moderate carbonation. It’s brewed in Invermere, BC with fresh mountain spring water. We brew in small batches and the beer is fermented at cool temperatures to retain that clean, crisp flavour. No preservatives or additives are used and it’s unpasteurized.
