Description: The Monster is back! Our annual Imperial Stout, Carolina Mountain Monster, is ready to take over your quiet mountain beer soaked town after resting in our brewery since its Halloween (2015) brew date. The long winter nap let this monster’s 11% alcohol content mellow out making very approachable. CMM is a huge bodied, dark as night beer that packs tons of flavor. Notes of coffee, chocolate, dark fruit and sweet maltiness collide in a devastatingly monster stout. Be patient when you sip this brew and the complex flavor profile will really shine through as it warms up. Available in very limited quantities on draft (Coxe Ave. and Merrimon Ave locations) and 22oz. bottles (Coxe Ave, Merrimon Ave and Hendersonville Rd). We’ll also be releasing a small amount of 2015 vintage CMM in 22oz. bottles for sale at all locations. Carolina Mountain Monster will be unleashed on 2/19 @ 5:00pm. You’ve been warned.
