Description: In Memoria is a German Style Kolsch with a bit of an Aslin twist. Pun intended! We added some lime zest to the boil to add depth of flavor. This beer is slightly more personal to one of our co-founders, who has very fond memories of the last summer spent before college with a good friend, that is no longer with us. It's a small tip of the hat to those macro-breweries making the old Lime infused summer crap. Cheers! Cherish your good memories and laugh off the bad ones!
