Description: Pure in deed, restrained in nature but fierce in action, our divine Saison D'Heretique is named for Joan of Arc, falsely burned as a heretic but later canonised. This is a saintly saison, lovingly crafted with both French and Belgian yeasts generating a delicate and light beer that packs a hefty punch of white pepper, clove and citrus on the palate with liquorice, clove, citrus and pepper on the aroma. A wonderful amalgam of flavours with an inspiring delicate intensity.
