We use generous amounts of crystal, black patent, roasted barley and chocolate malt which gives the stout a dark color and a complex taste profile. This oatmeal stout has an explosion of flavor created by the dark roasted grains, pale ale 2-row barley, Fuggle, Cascade and Columbus hops. The final step for BlackMamba is aging in the finest American bourbon barrels for several weeks.
