Description: 2009 SILVER MEDAL L.A. INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL BEER COMPETITION Babe’s “Bin 412” is one of our most anticipated experimental beers. Fermented with tart California Cherries, Blackberries, and Maine Blueberries this is not your ordinary fruit beer. Coming in at 8.5% alcohol this full bodied ale is well hopped and aged with American Oak in the fermentation and the serving tank for a smooth finish that will get smoother over time. Our Bin 412 gets its name from the practice of wine cellar storage. We feel that this ale has characteristics similar to a big fruity Zinfandel, Perfect for BBQ and was brewed in April (4) 2012 (12) Bin 412! Enjoy!
