Aroma and flavour of intense citrus fruit and peppery spice in beautiful balance with rich sweet malt leading into a long and bitter citrus finish. To keep within the Star Wars theme, the hops used were Galaxy, Falconers Flight and Orbit. Silver Medal winner Australian International Beer Awards 2014.
