Description: Three pounds of a secret blend of the following botanicals were steeped into a tea and added to secondary fermentation: Organic eleuthero root, organic cinnamon bark, organic dandelion root roasted, organic astragalus root, organic orange peel, organic ginger root, organic chicory root roasted, organic licorice root, organic cardamom, and organic cloves. Granulated sugar was also added to secondary fermentation to lighten the body and contribute an alcohol dryness so the botanicals can show their subtle flavors. This beer will age well, but is also ready to drink now.
