Description: We took things we love most at Bad Habit: imported malt, Belgian yeast and fruit; tossed them together and formed this delicious saison. We started with imported pilsner, rye, and white wheat malts and combined them with two fabulous hop varietals, once it was in the fermenter we tossed in a heavy dose of Wallonian Farmhouse yeast to add a funky/tart, clean, slightly spicy dry characteristic. Just before completion of fermentation we added loads of tart cherry.
