Description: Created in 1842 by the brewers from Plzen(Pilsen) Bohemia, known today as the Czech Republic. It was the world’s first clear, golden lager. Brewed using traditional methods and fresh ingredients. A triple decoction and 2 hour boil for a rich, clean lager. Freshly harvested whole leaf Zuper Saazer hops from our friends at Hop Head Farms in Michigan. Aroma’s of sweet pilsner malt with spicy, herbal, lemongrass, subtle citrus hops. Flavors of honey and cracker malt with spicy/citrus hops. Delicate/soft body with a moderate bitterness. Pours a clear, pale gold with a fluffy lingering white head. Ask for the Slow Pour.
