Description: Our (very) loose take on Faro, a rare style of lambic that is sweetened with sugar syrup. We took a pull from our wild blonde ale "foudre" and instead of sweetening with sugar we used fresh, unfermented Cabernet Franc juice from Virginia Mountain vineyards. Lightly funky, tart, sweet, and full of fresh fruit character.
