Description: This very special release from Barrel of Monks is brewed once a year to celebrate the Day of the Dead. Black malts lend a subtle roastiness and velvety notes of chocolate while our estery yeast strain combines with pitch-black candi sugar to add dark fruit notes to the celebration. Fortunately for those of strong will, this dense and delightful Imperial Stout's massive malt bill and bottle conditioning make it a perfect beer for long term cellaring. Through darkness may we all find light.
