Description: Time to hop on the Bandwagon! The fourth beer in our series of big fat IPA's is part of Yakima Chief's HBC Elite Hop Trials. We were given HBC630 (Berry, Cherry, Candy, Creamy) and HBC735 (Lemon, Cantaloupe) to play around with. Incognito Citra gives a solid backbone for the experimental varieties to shine on. The generous use of oats gives 418 a smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a pleasant soft bitterness that will leave you wanting more.
