Description: A unique brew for summer that may surprise many. This light bodied porter boasts excellent malt flavours and aromas of coffee and chocolate, typical of a porter, however is twisted with huge doses of El Dorado, Amarillo and Citra hops in the whirlpool and dry hop to give this dark coloured beverage a melody of tropical fruit aromas and flavours. To mix it up even more, we decided to sweeten it up with a touch of lactose and infuse it with a subtle dose of a sweet spiced rum. A bamboozling flavour explosion in a glass, to match the wicked Australian weather.
