Description: A substantial Chocolate Stout and let it age for 12 months in Barrell Craft Spirits Bourbon barrels. The grain bill is comprised of Marris Otter, Roasted Barley and Chocolate malt. 25 pounds of Ecuadorean cocoa nibs were added to the boil which gave a dark chocolate profile. Chocolate forward, with subtle notes of vanilla and oak that are reminiscent of bourbon.
