Description: The third installment in our Test Dept.™ series, we brewed a true heritage German Dark Wheat exactly as the Southern German style dictates. Brewed fearlessly with 50% malted Bavarian wheat, this lager has an ample body that is as hearty and sustaining as it’s ancestors. Dynamic flavors and aromas will develop as it warms in your glass. At first sip, drink in rich bread like and grainy flavors before shifting into notes of stone fruit, raisins, and dark rum. Sip with patience and caution as this is one beer to be savored.
