Description: A collaboration with North Brewing Co. Challenged to combine two of our most popular beers as part of Cloudwater’s The Mashup project, we decided to combine Jurgen with North’s Triple Fruited Gose after a public vote. The result is GATTO, a 10% imperial stout brewed with massive additions of raspberry, cherry and sour cherry. Expect molten cacao nibs, chocolate cake, bourbon and Bakewell tarts.
