Description: Brewed only for Brewskival. Will be served on the saturday session. This is a strange one, the idea was to recreate the classic dessert from the 80s with after eight on tap of pear halves. So the base is kettle sour. To get the chocolate part we added cacoa nibs during souring as well as late in the boil, and we also added chocolate extract after fermentation. To get the mint part from the after eight we added mint extract. For the pear we added 150g/litre of pear puree and also some extract after fermentation. There is also lactose 25g/litre for some swetness however the sourness from the kettle sour is more prominent with a pH of 3,31 so the swetness is not that noticable.
