Description: We've been in talks with Goliad Brewings Mark Nichols for awhile now about getting him into the Brewhouse to do a collaboration with us. After a long laborious day at the Chili Quest & Beerfest, we settled on a Braggot. A seldom seen style in the brewing world; a Braggot is the cross between a mead (honey wine) and a beer. With a nice honey sweetness up front and mellow rye malt backbone, this Braggot is sure to please.
