Description: The ongoing barrel blend series is named Barn Owl, as a nod to the wise and exacting animal that keeps watch over the farmhouse. Released sporadically throughout the year, just as soon as we deem the barrels ripe for the picking, these beers will be one-off creations never to be replicated again. Blend No.2 — No.2 is a blend of 1 year and 3 year (80%/20%) oak barrel aged brett pale ales (the 3 year being with yellow plums), that utilizes several strains of wild yeast, and was dry-hopped with Ella before bottle-conditioning.
