Description: Farmhouse Classic is one of the first beers we ever brewed, and continues to rank among our favourites with each passing year. This Saison was fermented with a special blend of Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces from Escarpment Labs in Guelph, ON. Farmhouse Classic showcases a nicely balanced spectrum of Brett aromas, from floral, to fruity, to leathery and funky. Finishes dry, with pleasing spicy notes.
