Description: The Minnesota State Fair has quickly become a craft beer destination—and this homebrewed beer took home Best of Show at the fair in 2014. Fest Hop is a New Zealand Pale Ale with aromas and flavors of white apricot, pine needles, grapefruit marmalade, English biscuits, strong tea, and an abundance of resinous hoppy goodness. These wonderful flavors fuse to create a bright, crisp, and refreshingly dry ale—a ripping pint—that will satiate all of your “Fest-y” needs during the Minnesota Festival season including Oktoberfest. Since we made a Schwartz IPA, we might as well make a hoppy Oktoberfest beer. Enjoy!
