Description: Beautiful orange-amber color. Nice hoppy nose, with fruity, floral and citrus characters; a nice blend of refined European character with a hint of more forward West Coast character. Maltiness also present on the nose, mostly light raisiny notes from the caramel malt. Taste is balanced between rich and dry; bitterness is very clean and steadily builds to assertive levels as appropriate for the style. Finish is clean, bitter and tinged with toasted caramel and cookie malt notes.
