Description: ITA: Birra e territorio Una vera e propria Farmhouse Ale, ovvero una bionda con il carattere selvatico di campagna. Fermentata e maturata per sei mesi in botti grandi che hanno ospitato brandy, con un carattere unico donato dal miele e dalla speziatura con foglie di limone e radici di genziana che le donano profumi floreali, balsamici ed agrumati. Le grandi botti aiutano una fermentazione di lieviti selvaggi che apportano un acidità caratteristica ed un carattere leggermente rustico. Una birra unica e complessa ma allo stesso tempo fresca e facile da bere. ENG:A real Farmhouse-Ale, a blond beer with the wild nature of the country yard. Fermented and aged for six months in big barrels that previously hosted brandy, with a unique profile given by the honey and the spices: lemon leaves and gentian roots which donate floral aromas combined perfectly with balsamic and citrusy notes. The big barrels allow a fermentation of wild yeasts that gives a characteristic sourness and a slightly rustic personality.
